Singapore Entry & Visa Guidelines
Visa Application Guidelines
A Singapore entry visa is a pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid visa to travel to and seek entry into Singapore. It is not an immigration pass. Delegates can choose one of the following application processes:
Option 1: Singapore Agent Process
Cost: SGD 75
- Scanned copy of the passport (first and last four pages).
- Digital passport-sized photograph (white background, full face, no spectacles, 400x514 pixels, under 100KB, JPEG format).
Option 2: India Agent Process
Cost: INR 2,800
- Processing time: Approximately 8 working days (excluding courier transit).
- Required: Original passport hard copy, hard copy of passport-sized photo (same specifications as above).
- Completed Form 14A (please leave the sponsor details section blank).
SG Arrival Card (SGAC) Requirement
All travelers, including citizens, permanent residents, and long-term pass holders, must submit their SG Arrival Card (SGAC) with e-health declaration up to 3 days (72 hours) prior to their arrival date in Singapore. This is a mandatory border requirement and must be submitted via the official Singapore ICA website/application.

Yes, members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) who attend the sessions will be eligible for CPE (Continuing Professional Education) credit hours, subject to ICAI guidelines.
How can I register and pay for the event?

Are hotel accommodation packages included in the registration fee?
